first solder
i just finished soldering my first ever two objects, a Lido battery and a TP4056! This is apart of a long archived project called hdc99, a hyper dimensional computing library made standalone, zero malloc.
i actually made this library with the sycophantic idea that i would be able to beat LLMs when it comes to classification, technically it does very very well on embedded hardware (kinda its purpose) but the way i was going about it.... sheeeesh fucking stupid.
this is a long project, i might not finish, maybe i’ll just have a charged battery, but the purpose is to connect it to a pico2w and a gyro sensor to be attached in glove-like fashion to be able to classify hand gestures over wifi instead of needing a camera.
i had some ideas about drone control without a normal controller, the ability to point and attack just gets my socks hard.
hopefully i finish, this is the first of many engineering projects..
i think in 2027 i’ll try to figure out propulsion lol.
